Hilco Vision, an industry-leading global eyeglass and eye care solutions company, plans to build a new 246,000-square-foot facility at Fairfield Business Park in Fairfield, Ohio. The project is expected to create 150 new jobs for 20 employees by 2024.
The company has signed a 12-year lease and plans to make significant investments immediately. In the next few years, Hilco will set up a global production and warehouse.

Fairfield Commercial Park is a 137-acre section A industrial park under construction on Seward Road. Upon completion, the city will include more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial space for e-commerce, general distribution and manufacturing companies. Construction of the first two estimated industrial buildings began in 2020.

Fairfield City is also supporting the project by implementing a property-based tax deduction and agreeing to waive construction license fees for Hilco tenant improvements. The Ohio Development Services Agency also approved the project's job creation tax credit today, and Joboyoyo plans to provide assistance, which will be made public after the final agreement is finalized.
